Version 12.10 implemented!

You could say that this upgrade could be known as the champion durability update.

The development team has been hard at work on multiple changes to increase champion durability. Unlike other patches, which typically focus on game balance through individual tweaks, 12.10 has made changes to increase overall champion durability.

The main goal of this version is to change the meta quite a bit.
